      Hey. have a great weekend. i'm just relaxing now. Had 2 do some volunteer work. Busy weekend 4 me. Have a memorial 2morrow. Then maybe Disney or the L.A.County Fair.Not sure.       My thyroid seems to be the culprit for my attacks my little heart...Cardiac doc says my heart is fine...as for the low heart rate of 40 and 50...he says I am lucky...just must be healthy...I don't know what to think about that but once my Thyroid and electrolytes get fixed...I will be better! Criss needs to Mindfreak me! Hey I can't chew gum and walk either! You should see me with my patients...I trip everwhere at the beginning of my shift! Jess
